All drivers, crew members, sponsors, and fans are invited to attend!!  Tickets must be purchased in advance and are $45.00 each if purchased before October 25^th.  After that date, the ticket price increases to $48.00 each and can only be purchased up to 3 days prior to the event (October 29^th).  Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed into the banquet facility.  Ticket price for children under 18 is $25.00 and includes dinner and soft drinks.

The following is the schedule of events for the banquet:

6:00pm - Open bar with cheese, crackers, and vegetable platter

7:00pm – Served salad with buffet dinner including:  Sliced  Top Round of  Roast Beef, Marinated Boneless Chicken Breast, Stuffing, Penne with Meat Sauce, Fresh Fruit Salad, Red Jacket Potatoes, Green Bean Amandine and Vegetable Medley

8:30pm - Open bar resumes with coffee, tea, and NY Style Cheesecake dessert with raspberry topping being served

8:30pm - Awards Ceremony begins

            9:30pm – Dancing to music

            11:30pm – Open bar concludes

            Midnight – Dancing concludes

To purchase tickets mail a check or money order made payable to Lori Overdorf (or made payable to Cash), to 168 Mackinaw Street , Buffalo , New York 14204 .  Please do not mail payments to the Speedway office.  Sorry, but no tickets will be able to be purchased via credit card.  If you wish to pay cash, contact Lori at 716-207-2824 to make arrangements.  If mailing payment, please include the following information:  number of tickets you wish to purchase, a return address if you would like them mailed to you or indicate that you will pick them up at the door, and who you would like to sit with.  Tables fit 8-10 people.
