FOAR SCORE PRESENTS

THE 5TH ANNUAL HEROES HOMECOMING
AT DUNN TIRE RACEWAY PARK ON ITS 50TH ANNIVERSARY

The celebration of the Lancaster track’s 50 year history continues with the annual Heroes Homecoming on Saturday, August 16. The event will feature a reunion of former drivers, officials, and others who helped craft everyone’s memories of the speedway. The reunion will take place from 1-4 p.m. Memorabilia displays and live interviews of the legends of Lancaster will also take place. Former drivers and a guest will be admitted free to the event while fans will receive half price admission from 1-4 p.m. Former drivers should RSVP their attendance to Lori Overdorf, Director of Stock Car Events, at 716-207-2824. The racing action will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature the Thiel Motorsports 4 Cylinders, the Probity Group TQ Midgets, the Able Agency Street Stocks, and the Lorigo Insurance SST Sportsman. The premier racing event of the night will be the Tommy Druar and Tony Jankowiak Memorial Modified 50 lap event. The memorial race honors two late legendary Modified drivers and always attracts a top shelf field of Modified competitors.

August 16 is also Hamburg and North Tonawanda Community Days, where residents of both towns will receive free grandstand admission with proof of residency. The Community Days promotion is a series of free admission days to the speedway for various towns and cities in the Western New York area.

Dunn Tire Raceway Park, formerly known as Lancaster Speedway, is located at 57 Gunnville Road in Lancaster, New York – just a few miles down Genesee Street from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

Fans will receive half price admission for the night's events from 1-4 p.m. only. Adult admission is $7, Seniors $6, Kids 8-15 $4 with Kids under 8 being free. After 4 p.m., Adult admission is $15, Seniors $12, Kids 8-15 $7 with Kids under 8 being $1.
