The 2009 Season Dunn Tire Raceway Park Stock Car Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 at Ripa’s Restaurant and Banquet Facility, 4128 Walden Ave. (corner of Pavement), Lancaster , New York 14086 . All drivers, crew members, sponsors, and fans are invited to attend!! Tickets must be purchased in advance and are $48.00 each. Tickets to the event include open bar, a full buffet dinner, and music. The ticket price for children under 18 is $25.00 and includes dinner and soft drinks. Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, January 20th, 2010. Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed into the banquet facility. The evening will begin with cocktails at 6pm, dinner will be served at 7pm, and the awards ceremony will begin at approximately 8:15pm. Music and dancing will immediately follow the awards presentation and the evening will conclude at midnight. To purchase tickets for the event, please mail a check or money order, made payable to Lori Overdorf (or made payable to Cash), to 168 Mackinaw Street, Buffalo, New York 14204. Please do not mail payments to the Speedway office. Sorry, but no tickets will be able to be purchased via credit card. If you wish to pay cash, contact Lori at 716-207-2824 to make arrangements. If mailing payment, please include the following information: the number of tickets you wish to purchase, the names of each person in your party, and who you would like to sit with. Each tables fit 8-10 people and seating will be assigned. No “hard” tickets will be mailed out – paid reservations will be tracked at the door. If
