The Holland NASCAR Motorsports
Complex Management team is already
getting the 2010 racing calendar in shape for next season’s action at
the Western New York oval.
The annual Winter Registration Party will launch activities in 2010 on
Sunday, February 21st - the event will be held at the Holland Willows.
The traditional pre-season Holland Car Show at the McKinley Mall in
Hamburg, NY will take place the first week of May - cars will be moved
into the mall on Friday evening, April 30th, and will move out on
Saturday evening, May 8th. As a reminder to competitors, those
taking
part in the McKinley Mall show will each receive a valuable five point
bonus in 2010 track championship points.
The 51st season of racing at Holland will be green flagged on Saturday,
May 29th. The popular Crash-A-Rama events are set for Saturday,
June
5th and Saturday, September 11th. The highlight event for the
NASCAR
SST Pro Modifieds, the George Decker Memorial 100, has been scheduled
for Saturday, July 24th.
More events are to be finalized for the 2010 slate, including some 50>
lap specials for the Charger division - track management is considering
the possibility of a special entry fee with an increased purse for
these specials.
The complete schedule should be final form before January 1st .
